My first issue is Zestmoney debited this months EMI twice. And they are not connecting me to the customer even after calling several times. I have four to scheduled for yesterday. However, I paid the whole amount today. And today itself, the auto debit also happened from my bank account and the amount was deducted twice for my emi debited. I am attaching herewith the statement of my account. The amount wrongly deducted by ZestMoney and you should refund back the amount.

Same is the case with me. They committed a much higher value fraud in my case by deducting EMI against 3 failed transactions on Goibibo worth Rs32602/- each. They are frauds who are basically holding money in the name of investigation and earning hugh interest out of it.
Shame on you Zestmoney. Reading these complaints strengthen the belief that you are following unethical business practices in India. This is case of financial fraud you are doing.
