[Resolved]  Zestmoney — loan cancelation/voucher cancelation

I want to cancel of voucher code and the loan which i have take on 19th dec 2018, but didn't yet use. I am facing troubles in raising cancelation request because no one is supportive either from zestmoney end or from the merchant cleartrip end. If i used it then i think you people will face problem regarding the cancelation but if i didn't yet use then what is the issue, i don't how you guys really work seriously it's heartbreaking experience.

I want my issue get resolved asap.

We value your relationship with ZestMoney. According to the terms and conditions once the voucher code is activated we'll not accept the cancellations. However, voucher has one-year validity. You can also pre-close the loan with current month interest and the Principal value.
