Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

i am eligible for personal loan 26000 rs total process was completed But amount did not credited in my account .when i check in zest money web site active two loans ...please cancel my personal loan did not receive that amount please help me

I have submitted my downpayment against semester fees of m.tech in bitspilani. from bitspilani i have not received any confirmation .. please refund my downpayment. please do confirmation or refund my amount
