[Resolved]  Zestmoney — wrongly charged late fee

Zestmoney has charged me late fee because as per them i missed due date but i had kept enough balance so that they can auto debit loan amount from my account but they say due to nach they are unable to deduct the amount. Previous month also they said the same thing but they didn't charged me any late fee but this time they have charged me late fee and they had assured me that from the 2nd loan payment they will auto deduct the amount.

I didn't received any call from them regarding loan deduction.

Kindly take action against them as they are looting people in the name of late fee.

I have not taken any loan or purchased any product from your Zest Money in Flipkart and i have been asked to make the payment within due date which is completely ridiculous due to which my credit score going down close this ASAP

I haven't purchased any item for u r company I had just login...that show purchase one item the amount of 15000..pls resolve it

I don't think its trustworthy company.
The company had my all bank details details including signed nach and still the company asking bank statement again and again .
There is a live chat support option on its official website but its not working .
If I will cancel the application and company will took my money then who is responsible for it ?
