Zingoy — purchased gift cards not working

Big fraud happened with me.
I had purchased 2 paytm gift card worth of rs 200 with handling charges rs 28 from zingoy app on 22nd october 2018. When i am going to reedem the gift cards on paytm it's shows that it's already used. But i have not used it. Zingoy gives us old and used gift cards. I had mailed them but they don't answer me.
I want my money back.

Hi my order number=4850469 I buy 10 paytm gift cards but still now I'm not received but my amount will deduct I complete the KYC process also but still I'm not get send the gift cards immediately or refund my amount

Zingoy send me used gift voucher of Big Bazaar and then denied to give refund. The worst customer service I experienced is from Zingoy in my entire life. #boycottzingoy ...
