I had purchased gift card from zingoy of big Bazaar order I'd 3440924 I tried to redeem it but the big Bazaar computer showed that card is invalid while billing I have to pay 100 RS extra after that i contacted so many times to zingoy but they are on Diwali holiday and now I get message saying that if I don't redeem gift card in 10 days buyer protection expires now what to do wrote to you so many times but they are not there to help. Zingoy I have wrote to you so many times but you have not replied so you must protect me in buyer protection give me either a gift card or give me back my money

Updated by Dhruvik Shah I have not got any update from zingoy they are not helping at all this is worst kind of service will not buy anything from them and ask other not to buy from them they are asking that unless you don't give government proof we cannot give you and solution so this is like extortion to take my money back I have to give away my right to privacy to a party who cannot be trusted as they have not accepting liability towards consumer problem
