Zomato — cancellation charge equals to order value

I have order some food items in pulusu restaurant through zomato which worth ₹272. Since, i didn't pick up the call when delivery boy rings they canceled my order. I am sorry a bit of 5mins late as i have engaged with other work. But, they have charged the whole order value as their cancellation charge. This is worst. There must be a maximum ceiling on cancelation charge or it should be equal to the deleivery charges.
