Zomato — complaining about to get money refund back

I had paid money 72 for my food which I had ordered (order number-[protected]) from Zomato app through PhonePe(Transection ID- P1909242011244070175041)on 24 September 2019 and money got debited from my account but in my order details on Zomato app it was written "my payment could not be completed".. There are no any option available to complain to Zomato so that I could get refund. Please refund my money back..
