Zomato — delivered a non-veg dish to pure vegetarian

I wanted to file a complaint against Zomato.com. I am a pure Jain vegetarian and ordered a "Special Veg Platter Tossed In Chef Special Secret Sauce" from Schezwan Chef
Building **, Aditya Mall, Near SRS Ticket Counter, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Guess what my worst nightmare came true and instead of vegetarian, I end up receiving a non-vegetarian dish. This sounds unbelievable. I could have ended up this and regret my entire life. This is insensitive, inhuman, playing with someone's emotions, religious beliefs. I spoke to customer care as well they said we can't help you and his response was "Right now, I am unable to give you any promise and I can't stop you take your step."

I’m here to complain a big isssue that is i have recived an dish which i ordered in zomato app but the thing that make me feel “NEVER ZOMATO” is i found a cockroach in my side dish.so please treat this complain seriously and do the need full.
