Zomato — Delivery guy misled about address and cancelled order!

Hi
My delivery guy said
A) he was in palta on phone
B) palta is 42 mins from my address( attached pics)
C) by using Google maps i can see MY HOME ADDRESS could never have resolved to palta area( attached pics)
D) he ignored my chat
E) wasn't reachable on phone
F) wasn't reachable by customer service
G) refused to come to actual address on the order
H) never returned the order to restaurant
I) was extremely rude
AND CANCELLED ORDER ON HIS OWN
J) that means he took the food
K) zomato took my money
