I ordered three items from the restaurant and found hair in two of those items and as soon as I noticed and checked properly I notified zomato support to get compensation. But even after a clear image they checked and rejected refund saying they would love to refund but cannot. I want the refund as soon as possible and I wont accept any kind of apology.
