I am regular customer when zomato started in my city, i have not faced anything like this. I had seen the order [protected] of rs 278/- was not getting delivered on time and delivery boy is showing standstill in other place with food with him. Then i show my concern to zomato representative on chat, he said sorry for the inconvenience and gave me zomato credit of 139/- instantly, then even after that i had seen the order has been cancelled from their end and when i called they send me the promocode of rs 70/- and told me the refund will be given against this.
But today after 7 days when i talked about refund, zomato said that refund will be partially of rs 69 deducting zomato credit and zomato promocode.
It is not right to refund like this and even they told that is is token money for the inconvenince caused to me.
