Zomato — lost of money and no refunds so far

[protected]. [protected]. [protected]. These three are the order ids of the ones which i placed.. The payment got failed three times and i lost my money three times.. It's been 10 days soo far and i got no support from zomato atall.. I did not get any money as refund... They say they would help me regarding my issue but all they do is tell me to email them instead or wait for few more days.. I m way too frustrated by their pathetic service.. I have lost my money and i want it back.. Please help

Updated by Mrkc I was asked to send them the screenshot of my bank statement from the day of transaction till now..I even sent them that..Even after that I did not get any update atall..I don't think Zomato wants to help me regarding my issue..It's been more than 15 days now..i did not get my money back

Updated by Mrkc Zomato service is the worst..the app is a Useless piece of ###... they can't solve a small issue..Such a shame..Foodpanda is way better than Zomato..Trust me..They take hardly 2-3 days to refund and solve the issues..Learn something from themð
