Zomato — money debited but order not placed and no refund

Order was placed on 24/09/2019 at 8 05 pm with Red box restaurant .Payment was made through upi (Google pay), amount was debited from my bank account but the app is showing payment as failed status.
I am attaching screenshots showing amount being deducted from my account for 134 /.
Let me know when i will receive my refund amount..Please look into this.
