I have ordered from Zomato App on April 25th 10:18 PM. and paid the amount of Rs 250. But Zomato said we haven't received the paymeny as it was failed by the payment gateway and it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days. But my bank says the amount has been paid to Zomato and there is no need for refund. i have contacted Zomato customer care and they said they havn't received any payment so they're not responsible for it. But when i have checked the transaction details today it shows the amount of Rs 250 has been paid to Zomato on 25th April and there is no "refund of Rs 250". Now what should I do?

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Had ordered food from Angrezi Dhabaa, Saltless biryaani was served to me.Contacted Zomato for the same.They declined any kind of help.Refund or replacement.
