From Yesterday i was trying to order food online but it is blocked due to some suspicious activity and mailed to [protected]@zomato.com ample number of time but there is no solution come out yet and i dont know from when it is blocked Shame on zomato i want my account to get unblocked this is wrong

Had placed order through zomato, received uncooked food, discussed the issue with restaurant, they agreed for refund but zomato dint process refund.

On 7th December I have ordered food from roma's cafe via zomato and for that single order my money had cutter twice..
I have ordered in yugo, coimbatore...in the process of payment money has been deducted from my paytm account ..but order has not been placed..5-10 mins it showed just processing..i kept on waiting but when it didnt seem to work..so i pressed back button...what shall i do??
