Zomato — order placed, money deducted, getting the error-payment could not be processed.

I placed an order on 24/09/2019 at 07:46 pm at the pizza square, sector-83 sapphire mall, gurgaon. Order no generated - [protected], payment of rs 671 deducted from the account, but getting the error - "your payment could not be processed."
I called to the shop, they told no such order, till now i have not received my money back.
Please take some action and refund the amount.

I was promised for credits in 48 hours and it has been a week already and the still ask me to wait 48 hours and they don't respect customers when you ask for update... I want to legally start a case against zomato and checking for process.
