Zomato — payment has been deducted from account...but app showing payment not processed

I had placed an order on zomata and immediately from my account the amount was deducted... But after 20, mins if I check.. it is showing payment not processed error... I tried contacting the customer service but have not got any reply for 30 mins... Absolutely pathetic service... I would like my money to be refunded and also I have to sleep hungry... Due to such negligence company...who deduct money immediately before delivering order...but can't reply on refund status
