I ordered 2 chicken white sauce pasta large. Received one large and one half pasta but had prepaid zomata full amount for two large pasta. Can't reach the zomato customer care through chat call or mail. The restaurant has refuse to help as for them they have received one half onne full pasta order. I have attached all the oder details with the complain.

I had ordered 2 chicken white sauce pasta large from the same restaurant. Had paid for it through payteam before receiving the orders but I received one large and one half pasta in the cost of two large pasta. I ordered a cheesy fries with chicken from a restaurant through Zomato and they delivered a wrong item in veg. Also, the fries were stiff and tasteless. When asked for a refund, Zomato refused. This isn't the first time, this has happened earlier also.
