I had ordered a cake from The Creams, Kilpauk, Chennai and it was delivered by the zomato executive. On opening the package I saw that the cake was mishandled by the zomato executive resulting which the cake had spilled and come to the corner of packaging thereby ruining its base(Photo Attached). I immediately contacted zomato consumer support and I sent all required photographs to explain them the spillage. I asked them to replace it or take it back and refund my money since I did not pay Rs.1021.27 for such a spilled cake. The consumer support executive (Monika) without admitting the delivery executive and zomato's mistake, blatantly denied me a resolution. She said me that I will not be provided with a replacement/refund due to some unusual circumstances(Screenshots Attached). I want a full refund of such a spilled cake which was a result of zomato's mishandling. We do not pay money to zomato for delivering such spilled items. #Grossnegligence #Badconsumersupportbehaviour #Spilledfood
