[Resolved]  Zomato — Restaurant food totally spoiled packaging

Hello,
I have an issue with my order, food was delivered with totally spoiled packageing and restaurant taking 2 hours for making it, and contains very low amount of khichadi totally spoiled from their sealed pack plate. I am already making a video and send it to Zomato and lots of mails I sent to their mail id [protected]@zomato.com, but Zomato team not giving me a single response

I ordered one full plate khichadi and one half plate but they giving to me food spoiled from the plate.
I just requested to you please refund my full amount.
It's happening first time with me totally irresponsible restaurant.
