Zomato — rotten and burned food delivered to me

Let me first add my order against which i am complaining here.

Dosa that i got from here contains rotten and smelling stuffings of potatoes and also sambar is full of oil means lot's of oil was there.
Utpam is half burned and hal[censored]ncooked and quality of food is very bad.
Food is resting in dustbin highly unsatisfied.

I have placed an order through Zomato. Because of some reasons I had to cancel the order. Before cancelling they didn't indicate that I will be charged penalty. Then they charge the full amount as a penalty.

i cancelled it within 2mins of ordering. So i dnt think they should have charged me the full amount
