Zomato — Toxic food delivery, irresponsible customer support

Every time I order from zomato they simply delivered me worst toxic food and in some occasions my health got upset. Now a days they started charging huge delivery charges and high prices for food when compared to other platforms even then they are maintaining minimum quality standards further their support clearly saying that they are just delivery partners and they are not concerned about quality issues. What kind of response it is I don't understand, if they are only delivery partners why they are charging full amount from customers instead of taking delivery charges only.
I request you to take appropriate action against zomato and their restaurant partners further I request food inspectors to do their duty sincerely

Note: I agree that I used abusive language sometimes because of frustration and their irresponsible behaviour and I wondered how zomato trained their support personnel to work in such a shameless manner and what care does zomato take about their team feelings.
