Dear sir,
Zomato is a very reputed company, and in my views zomato is ranked no. 1 in food delivery companies. I heared so many good words about zomato. That is why i choosed only zomato for my first ever online food order and have a strong believe that zomato will resolve the issue at his best.
But in this order which i placed today evening my experience is so worse.
It was my first order at zomato. I used a promo code (Paytm60) while ordering and the same promo applied successfully (Message of promo applied 60% discount, showed there) i attached the screenshot of that page showing promo applied.
This promo had a offer of 60% discount in bill and 15% cashback in paytm wallet.
My bill was of 301 rupees and as per offer i should charged only 120 rupees. But zomato deducted full 301 rupees from my paytm wallet.
Means 180 rupees wrongly charged extra.
I raised this issue in your chat box.
And chated 2+ hours with your executive but he was saying that u didn't applied the promo code. And now he could only give 180 credit point in zomato. Which is never acceptable.
As ur executive is saying that i had not applied the code is totally wrong. As i received the 15 % cashback in my paytm wallet for the same promo code.
He told me to send the screenshot of receiving 15% cashback, therefore i attached paytm screenshot too here.
Please look into the matter and refund my 180 rupees, which is wrongly deducted from my paytm wallet.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, this resolution will strengthen our relationship and my trust and believe over zomato will grow.
