Dear Sir / Madam,
This is Ch Nihal today ie., 26.03.18 received MI 20800 mAh Power Bank we came to know that the product is NOT GENUINE and there are scratches on it as if someone opened or used one and we went and shown the product to my uncle who is running the CD and Home Theatre shop he said the same thing that the product is NOT THE ORIGINAL one and not even the mAh capacity is not embossed or even on the charger vale of the unit is 599/- Rs. and even to inform the same I called to their care no. but it was default the call is ending and we trusted a lot and ordered the product but this is what happened
Please help me out in this and do the favour
