Zoom Car Pedl Cycle — pedl cycle is locked but trip is not ending

I am m. Nikhil, student of iit madras. I have taken the pedl cycle with id 100862 on 19th jan 2018 inside the iit campus. I am unable to end the trip because the pop continuously keeps saying park the cycle in nearby pedl station despite me having parked it in a pedl station (Narmada hostel iitm). I used the cycle only for 27 minutes which means i should be charged 1 rupee but pedl simply keeps charging me continuously. Please look into this issue and give back my remaining refund money.
