Zoom Car Pedl Cycle Complaints & Reviews

Used pedl cycle for 10 minute where 3 rs. Charge as per app. After that i put cycle back at station and locked and clicked on end trip but trip wasn't end after many try due to app issue and since cycle is on my account with inprogress status and already charged 36 rs from my paytm which is incorrect pl end trip and refund my money in my account as there are no customer support available to talk and resolve immediately....

I am m. Nikhil, student of iit madras. I have taken the pedl cycle with id 100862 on 19th jan 2018 inside the iit campus. I am unable to end the trip because the pop continuously keeps saying park the cycle in nearby pedl station despite me having parked it in a pedl station (Narmada hostel iitm). I used the cycle only for 27 minutes which means i should be charged 1 rupee but pedl simply keeps charging me continuously. Please look into this...
