Zudio — Billing section - not handled properly

I am writing this message to bring to your notice the unpleasant experience that I had at your store recently. My sister, her kids and myself visited your store (Uttarahalli main road, Bangalore 560061 ) and did purchase of 10 items. We got the invoicing done and paid the amount too. I requested store person to count the number of items before handing over to us. I repeated this request multiple times. However, he was getting irritated and did hand over items without counting. Hence, we did the counting before putting it inside the bag and found one of the item missing. Same was communicated to the person who did billing for us. We found that our missed item was near another person who was handling returns. However, our sales person didn't believe us and he started suspecting us and it was looking very obvious the way staff treated us. Few of the staff members went inside and looked cctv and came back after 10 to 15 mins. Later it was found that one of the staff who was removing tag had kept that item at different counter before attending another customer. Entire episode happened on 16th Oct from 6.45 pm to 7.15 pm. We were not treated properly and we were asked to stay away from the counter, though I had requested them to count the items before handling over
Pls work towards the streamline billing process to avoid such incidents in future.
I started looking at company details and learnt that zudio is part of Tata group and hence I thought of raising this complaint as I am also an employee of Tata company since last 34 years.
Hope, this issue will be addressed and will not happen for any other customer
