Zudio — Carry beg charges without any pre notice

On date 12May 2024 I am doing shopping at Zudio Supermart at Annapurna Road Indore.
After my shopping is done, on billing time the cashier charges me 10/- for a medium size carry beg, without any pre notice.
as per consumer guidelines no retailer can charges above 7/- for a carry beg, and without any pre notice.
