Hello ..I recently visited mantri mall zudio..worst experience ever..I don't know why they hire northeast people cause they are extremely rude and racist to dusky people.I tried a product by mistake cause that product was not sealed, one northeast staff approached me and said very inappropriately thum kareedho..thum try Kiya thum kareedho..I reply by saying app but she kept saying thum thum, I eventually said I'll buy and gave it to my friend as the billing was very rush and I was in hurry then I went to exit one more employee stopped me and said u have to buy it then exit..I told them and showed that my friend is standing and she'll buy it, i even called her and showed the product in her hand ..the staff was extremely irritating and told me no, I was in hurry I had a bus to catch but they still told me no, i said her that the counter was very rush and I even gave her the money and said pls let me go, she said come with me I'll bill it fast, I went with her and she herself waited 10mins there, and then went away, by the end of it I was pissed. I went to her and showed her the bill and I asked her name, she said me no and told I know u want to complaint I won't give and said very rudely "should I call Sir he will throw you out for what u have done "I mean I dint know working in mall will give u such privilege., it's such a bad reputation to zudio and matri mall I am never going back there.
