Me and my friends visited zudio yesterday and we went for exchange. I polietly asked the person who was at the counter that if the exchange row is different from the billing row because in every other store it's different but in the exchange counter that person was so rude i think he is the manager of the store he was wearing a blue shirt . He told me that no you have to stand in the billing line but just before he exchanged other customer who was not in the row who just came and then today i went for exchange because there was a huge line at the trial room and i couldn't check the fitting and i went directly to the exchange counter and again i asked him polietly if he can take the dress and mark the bill for exchange and he told me very rudely that no it's property you have to carry it i mean who talks like this it's a business and its not even his store and he is treating customer like this i would have happily taken the row but i just got out of the store without exchanging the dress because i was mad and didn't want to create a scene. I just came out of the store and wrote a mail to zudio customer care but didn't got any respone. I am not visting zudio again i was a regural customer there and i know this is not gonna harm them in any way but this secnce just made zudio staffs disgusting in my eyes.
