I have recharged 365 days plan 10gb data on 28/10/2017 at 11:57pm on 11/11/2017 it was stoped working how even i have not used internet totally more then 3-4 hours how could 10gb data plan will get expired in this period of time. I have airtel 4g sim, and i am supposed to get high speed internet service but it is no where near 4g speed. My internet does not work sometimes while all the time it doesnt have proper speed, when i switched to airtel, i was getting better service but now its horrible. Other companies are providing better quality internet. If you dont solve it, i may switch to other network. I hope my problem will be solved shortly....

Sir, I have registered my complaint several times in the Airtel Customer Service Center. But this has not been true till date. This problem is coming in my number from 5 to 6 months. And whenever you call it, then you will say it will be all right soon.

On 21 10 2017 inr 24100 debited from my bank account through phishing activities of my debit card where scammers stole my debit card details online. My bank account statement shows that my amount credited to airtel money. Also airtel mobile no from delhi location used in this activity they are [protected] and [protected].
