I tried twice to recharge my airtel payments bank wallet of amount rs.1060 using canara bank debit card but the transactions were failed then i recharged using icici bank debit card and the transaction was successful. Unfortunately i've received a message from canara bank that 1060rs have been debited. So u have taken money from both the debit cards. Please initiate the refund process....

Hi consumer department,

I received a below sms from airtel,
Stateing that i need to udate my aadhar card with my existing prepaid airtel number once again. Its a 5yr old airtel prepaid number.

When i went to airtel gallery kalina. The airtel executive said, aadhar card can't be updated be as there is a name change on aadhar card. (Name changed due to marriage).

Then he is saying, "i[censored]...

I'm ported my jio number [protected] to airtel 1 month ago i can't use my number.. I can't verify my number by calling on 59059.
For 30 days my sim was useless..
I don't get any support, satisfaction from this company..
Too much problems faced because of this.
I can't access any transaction by mobile banking, etc.
They don't care about customer.
I have called too many times, visited airtel showroom.....

Dear sir

I have purchased airtel secure plan with monthly rental 79/- plus gst. As per their scheme it would be the 21 days process to deliver handset with repair.

But i claimed for airtel secure on dated 19 sep 2017. After that all process i got my handset on dated 17 oct 2017. Without proper repair. Complaint receipt is attached herewith.

Then again i have submitted my handset on 24 oc 2017,...

I had recharge rs399 dt[protected] and i got 1gb data that day and next day but last two days i din't received my daily 1gb data still i had also call to customer care who told me that u had receiving data daily but i having not receiving data last two days

Please resolve that problem asap

I[censored] won't then i'll file case in consumer courts

Now upon several request they are not activating the same neither they are providing any solution to get the same no.

Hello i am an airtel postpaid customer from past 10 years... I wanted to change my bill plan to 499 unlimited calls and 20gb data. I am not able to do so due to some error from network in my airtel app which says `your request for subscription / unsubscription is in progress. Pls wait few minutes' i see this mesg from 2 weeks... I called customer care 4 times and they always say my request us forwarded to technical team and it will be resolved...

I paid prepaid recharge for rs 200 & again rs 98, which was not credited in my phone but amount has been debited.
Kindly look into the matter seriously otherwise i will be forced to take legal help.

I have ported out of vodafone and it was approved by vodafone and the signal went off on 31st october 207 at 23:50. Inserted the airtel sim but there was no signal. I waited for the night but in the morning as well there was no signal. I am expecting some important calls as this is my official and personal number both.

It was mentioned that i had to wait 4 hours but its more than 12 hours now and the airtel sim doesn't displays...

I had changed my airtel sim due to sim issue on 29th oct evening around 6.50pm. Airtel claims that the sms service would not work for 24hours after the upgrade. As per airtel, my sms service should be started by 30th oct 17.
Today is 1st nov 2017. I have made around 5 phone calls to customer care. They will reach out to me to find what issue i am facing.

Unable to make call since yesterday due to mobile network not available. My work is completely stopped because of this causing lots of implications.

Its true that really repenting by porting from an excellent corporate plan to this dissatisfied and fraud airtel plan.. As airtel cheated me.
Till date 2 and half months unable to use my ported airtel connection due to no and poor signal neither can use to talk nor can use for net. Still not resolved... Complaint multiple time but no response.
Totally disappointed by porting to airtel. Supprise to see bill comes timely without...

I am on a prepaid sim for airtel and i have registered for the ₹244 plan which gives me 1gb 4g data per day. However, i never have access to 4g speeds and the internet performance is dismal. I am being repeatedly troubled by this because i am unable to get the speeds which i was promised and displayed in the false advertisements by the company. Please rectify this or give me my money back so that i can switch to a different service provider....
