21-09-17 ko [protected] ko maine portin ke liye mukherjee nagar retail store pr diya. Jiske liye hmse ₹110 ka charge kiya gya, mnp request reject ho gya by existing operator. Resubmit mnp request but finaly rejected due to mismatch o[censored]pc code.

On the 27th of july i had raised a complaint with airtel customer care that the network in my area was very bad and we could not recieve any calls or use the internet. A ticket with number sr78130210 was raised for this and i have since followed up with the customer care atleast 2 times in a week for a response.

On the 5th of august that request was put on hold saying that they will need to have an upgrade done on the tower...

My phone was lying on the table and misfortunately spiled my tea on my mobile phone and after that day my phone is not working properly buttons like power button, home button volume button are not working properly even the battery is not working properly when i recharge my phone hardly life time of battery working three to four hours when i plug in for recharge it takes too much time to recharging or even the charging and speaker and microphone...

The postpaid bill for the period 11/08/2017 to 10/09/2017 to the phone number [protected] is detailed as below.

I lost my mobile on friday, 29th sep. I use airtel sim [protected]. The airtel is closed for 4 days holidays and i have to wait till today, 3rd october to get duplicate sim. I am a resident of motihari and airtel user for past 5 yrs.
Presently there is single airtel office in motihari and they are enjoying monopoly in this region.
The ugradation of sim cards from 3g to 4g according to details i got from customer care are free for 4g enabled locations and rs. 25 for non-airtel 4g locations.

I am extremely disappointed with airtel 4g services which dont work at my home. Everyone use fb, whatsapp, online games at his home. But i cant use all these things. I am facing lot of anger and mental pressure.

There is also a big problem that i have to face all these things until my no. Completes 3 months in airtel. I can not port my no. At all.

I am following with airtel for past 6 months. Got migrated from aircel for 4g connection. Neither i get data / voice, activate mca to get missed call alert.
Standard reply from airtel customer care that networking is working on it..
I don't think they have the capability of solving customer complaints....

I was travelling to dubai in the app i recharged for 2999 a[pparently that is for USA, I did not realise until I returned back contacted customer care as I have to pay for my services during my stay. I asked for a refund but they wanted me to use it USA . how can I get my money credited....

I applied for an airtel broadband connection.

I asked the representative amit to check if my office will be able to accommodate the connection with respect to the wiring. I gave a cheque of inr. 1000 as deposit.

Unfortunately, it could not be installed.

This was in april 2017. We are in october 2017.

Hello there, i recharged my airtel number by using airtel payment app for 244rs to my number [protected]. It was clearly mentioned that i will get 50% of[censored]pto 75rs. But i didn't get any cashback even after waiting for 5 days...

I reside abroad and use my airtel number whenever i visit india and also all my otp's are connected to this number. I always manage to top up and keep adequate balance and use it occasionally to sms anybody back in india so as to keep the service going but still i noticed that the number has been temporarily disconnected. By mistake we recharged a wrong number twice and within 5 mins we intimated same to airtel and paytm but they are helpless and complaining on each other though bank huge amount transactions get cancelled with quick initimation but a recharge company or online application cant assist in this case. Sir my village is in rural area that is 10km from dharmasthala. But in our location there are more than 5000 population there is one temple and school.

The exact problem is we are completely suffering from proper indoor and outdoor 2g and 3g coverage. I'm complaining about the issue since last 1 year.

The village people including me used to recharge 399 just for calling purposes because of improper data coverage...

I am using air tell net pack 399 on my gsm sim since long for excellent service among the other service providers. But i am suffering intermittent net connection & could not run the simple application like whats up in my area. Kindly advice whether you are going to improve your connectivity or i should use portability service to other service providers like vodafone net pack which is performing well at rawatbhata.
