My airtel sim is not working (Ever since yesterday 20/08) i have tried to reach customer call and it was of wast there is no specific customer care ivr option for prepaid. This is chennakesava, having airtel prepaid number:[protected]. On 15th august, we have recharged with rc 399 and the plan is not working. We have called and complained to customer care (12118) for so many times and no one is helping us. Every one says 'sir! Please remove user sim card and re-insert. With in half an hour your data plan will work'. How many ever times we should do this.

I dr. Ranjeet singh my mobile no. Is [protected]. I use 4g handset and already choosed lte/wcdma/gsm option. I took a plan in which you commit to give 3g/4g speed upto 1gb/day but from few days maximum time your speed is 0.
I complaint your customer (198) but there is no result.
I live in nishatganj lucknow, if you not able to provide your service properly at centre of city then how could you provide at outer area....

We have been chasing your service people for past one month orally and registered on 09th-aug-2017 (Reg. No.[protected]. We dunno know what the hell you people are doing. Because of this problem, we are losing lot of customers. If this is not solved immediately we will go to consumer court and file against airtel.

Recently i shifted from kolkata to hyderabad. During travelling i was facing problem to call people. But i thought that maybe its general network issue. After reaching hyderabad i was trying to call people but unable to do so. It has been one week still i can't do it. I have unlimited calls on my number. And 1gb/day. The data a is working properly. When i had decided to port to another network, airtel called and gave me a 349 plan for 40gb data booster. I have recharged to my mobile number with rs 250/- on 19/08/17 using my internet banking. Money from account is deducted and recharge successful confirmation also got but till now my mobile number is not recharged. No response from them, when called to toll free number and asking me to contact your bank as their is no mistake from their side. Too irresponsible answer from their side....
