I am unable to use my handset and sim and there are some very important nos which i need urgently as i am.getting married so with your kind help i can get those my obile is hanged and if i get it repaired i eill loose all.my data the screen is also dark this...

I thought of getting 3 new sims as Railway employee privilege. I even suggested 3 numbers but these people have given 2 new ones and the other on the same old one. I mean my old sim prepaid one has been converted to postpaid one which I'm totally not with. I want my old number of [protected] which was a prepaid one and now converted to postpaid to be as prepaid only. See that my issues are rectified ASAP....

Sir i have ported my bihar reliance no in ur airtel postpaid and on 5-5-2017 i got message that ur no has been poted in airtel u can insert sim airtel from that day my no is not working and airtel office i am going regularly but they are not responding properly. From 5-5-2017 my number is not working not in airtel not in reliance and i have messages of airtel of no has been poted

Airtel these days hardly care for their valuable customers. I had used Airtel for a long time and payed huge bills for it but now a days when i encounter some issues regarding billing plan airtel is hardly paying attention. Fake commitment regarding activation of plan. Worst corporate ever encountered. I m planning to shut my Airtel number off.
Again i would like to add that its a worst corporate i had ever encountered....

I am using Airtel post paid connection for more than 10 years. For last 2 1/2 years the network signal strength is very poor (Sometimes no signal) in my residence as well as in my office. Representative from Airtel checked and agreed the situation once, but no action being taken. I have mailed them several times but did not receive any proper reply/ positive approach to resolve the issue as as result the problem remains same....

My registered mobile no. Is [protected] against my airtel dish tv connection. It is very unfortunate that 6/7 days over against my repeated complain nobody from airtel dth service center are intend to attend the service. It is very shame that a company like airtel is such a position that that they cannot take any action to their service center. I have recharged rs. 400/- 6/7 days ago. But my dish is not working. What a joke...

I recharged with 349 and i got only 1 gb data for month along with free calls. But Daily im getting sms saying recharge with 349 and get unlimited calls and daily 1 gb data free. But i could neither find it on my airtel app nor through e-recharge through vendor. Wen i called customer care they said like that offer is not activated on my number. Wen everyone is availing that offer, why cant i....

I recently upgraded my airtel 3g sim to 4g and now when i dial *123# it shows error 538.
Now what should we do to check balance or buy a pack using dial method. It says try after some time ⌚. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. It charges data money from my account and i man even not able to check my balance.

I would like to highlight airtel team is unable to resolve my issue raised on 12th april 2017.

I have requested to correct my name in bill as well as on airtel account login page which they are unable to resolve since 12th april.

This issue was escalated to their teams on which :- customer care / appellate ensures on mail that issue will be resolved in 72 hrs but nothing happen. Now...

My landline [protected] with broadband connection is not proper since a week. Phone is OK but broadband often goes off.At this point if time also broad band is inoperative.

I applied for mobile number portability from mp to tn from airtel to airtel my number [protected] on 05 may 17 airtel store sulur, coimbatore tn, they advised me it will be ported in 7 working days. On 16 may 17 again i approached to airtel store then they told me it will take more two days... On 18 may 17 1100hrs my old sim became unservicable then after 1hr i switch over new sim but its showing sim card registration failed then i contact...

Marketing person got docs and chq for broadband connection. Without giving connection my chq passed for 500. I have been informed that connection will not be given due to some issues. I want compensation for that. If no response i am going to report to trai stating forgery on giving connection and deducting money. Response reqd my today. [protected]@[protected]...

I recently ported by number from vodafone to airtel. But immediately on porting the number, calls made from mtnl landlines did not come through. It gives a message saying 'your vodafone number is temporarily disconnected.'
Why would i get this message as the number has been ported to airtel for all purposes now.
The customer care has been no help....

I have lost my phone no [protected] on 20/05/2017 around 4.30pm in kanke hat bazar while purchasing some vegitable. I tried my best level to find it. But i could not got. I dialed with my other phone and the replied was phone is switch off. So i request you please deactivate my no [protected].

I dont recieve any signal at yerwada jail road, hence i am unable to make any calls or message. Network is zero. because of which i need to use other sim card of other mobile operator...

Presently active 7 numbers of airtel telecom company in which 2 out of 7 numbers has changed bill plans (Monthly 150 to 175) without information and after complaint regarding this issue getting reply from telecom company as 150 monthly bill plan is not available but as per mentioned 5 numbers presently active 150 monthly billing plan....

I have done recharge with Rs 348 on dated 16 May 2017 but company is not giving data as per offer....
