Airtel and its service issues are boundless, we reported network issues Data and voice issue with Airtel, and the ticket was closed without any notification. We raised again, and the network engineer came to track some values and confirmed that there are network issues.

Airtel team is cheating by asking customers to port to airtel giving wrong information

I got a call from Airtel and they asked me to port saying Rs 299/- plan which includes 1020 minutes Local + STD and 1 GB data for 4G handsets.

Once i ported they have given only 1020 minutes. And dont see the data. When I call them they are saying tha offer was there early not now and cheating.

How do i take it to consumer forum. Airtel employees are cheating....

Not able to switch back to 2g network on iphone in airtel.

I am not able to switch to 2g network on airtel in iphones. While i am able to switch to 2g network on vodafone, idea, bsnl, etc...

This results in a huge battery drain. Few days ago airtel purposely pushed a carrier update in my mobile due to which i am not able to switch back to 2g network.

In other networks like vodafone, idea, etc.. User have the option to select between 2g/3g/4g networks in iphone....

Why airtel have to show Ads on paid services? We have 2440rs for yearly subscription, if airtel wants to show ads either they have to give us free services or 50% discount on the money paid.

I have bought one phone from china. Phone works in china fine but in India I get invalid SIM Message. Same phone works well in Thailand as well. I am able to make and receive calls in China and Thailand. But in India I get Invalid SIM message.

After searching interne, I got to know that Phones with Chinese IMEI are blocked in India and you need to contact service provider to unblock these IMEI numbers....
