Airtel and its service issues are boundless, we reported network issues Data and voice issue with Airtel, and the ticket was closed without any notification. We raised again, and the network engineer came to track some values and confirmed that there are network issues.

On calling back with customer care and with appellate, they don't have any ETA on fixing the issue. Both Appellate and Customer care at 12118 told that they...

I got a call from Airtel and they asked me to port saying Rs 299/- plan which includes 1020 minutes Local + STD and 1 GB data for 4G handsets.

Once i ported they have given only 1020 minutes. And dont see the data. When I call them they are saying tha offer was there early not now and cheating.

How do i take it to consumer forum. Airtel employees are cheating....

Sir, Yesterday (22/05/2017, around 10.30PM) I have recharge (online) my no. [protected] thr. Airtel website for Rs.399/- from my PNB card, and similarly from my Yes bank card for same amount, but no recharge done and money deducted from my account both the time,

now I am trying to contact airtel customer service (198, 121, [protected]) but I am not able to reach the customer executive....

My name is vivek shrivastava and my mobile no. Is [protected]. I am raising a serious concern about faulty billing and service system by bharti airtel.

The details of my case is, earlier i was using b 27 cug 99 corporate plan plus i have activated two 3g internet data packs worth rs. 600/- (500+100) additional with my billing plan.

On march 31st i have placed a request for number portability,...

I am not able to switch to 2g network on airtel in iphones. While i am able to switch to 2g network on vodafone, idea, bsnl, etc...

This results in a huge battery drain. Few days ago airtel purposely pushed a carrier update in my mobile due to which i am not able to switch back to 2g network.

In other networks like vodafone, idea, etc.. User have the option to select between 2g/3g/4g networks in iphone....

How can you mark an open complaint as resolved???

We had purchased a new hd recording dth from airtel in 2015. After 3 months of recording, we saw that the set top box (Stb) was not recording most of the set channels, and we launched an official complaint...

A person has come to my place collected my documents and asked me to pay Rs.2584/- which is 3 months advance rental online. I have paid it and after a week got a call that as there is no ports available, broadband connection is not available and asked me to raise a refund request.

It’s been a month now from the day I raised this request and no proper response from the customer care team and refund is not credited in my account.br...

I had complain twice with ref.no PR[protected] and PR[protected] still my number is not credited with 220rs worth of currency.

Last month i requested for extra data after i exceed the data limit. This month they have auto renewed the pack without asking me. I have no way that i can stop that. Customer care numbers does not pickup and they do not.even have any option in my airtel app.looks like they are trapping their consumers to loot their money.

I purchased an airtel sim no. [protected] (west bengal) last year which has funtioned well (throughout India) till last month. For the last 20/30 days the mobile displays "no SIM card" for it. I am not getting any messages and calls on this no. Foe anybody calling to this no. the phone appears switched off.
Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest. I amstaying now in Visakhapatnam, AP....

I was using airtel postpaid connection for the past 8 years. A few days back i changed it to airtel prepaid since they claimed to give me great offers. We are seeing advertisements in airtel DTH while changing tv channels along with channel/program description.

Why airtel have to show Ads on paid services? We have 2440rs for yearly subscription, if airtel wants to show ads either they have to give us free services or 50% discount on the money paid.

I have bought one phone from china. Phone works in china fine but in India I get invalid SIM Message. Same phone works well in Thailand as well. I am able to make and receive calls in China and Thailand. But in India I get Invalid SIM message.

After searching interne, I got to know that Phones with Chinese IMEI are blocked in India and you need to contact service provider to unblock these IMEI numbers....
