Dear sir,

My airtel sim had lifetime validity.in may it just stopped working and the mobile status shown sim card registration failed from last 15 days.
It is my permanent no. For the last 10 years and prepaid balance is rs. 34, 000/- approax. All my contacts are on it.
I continuously trying to airtel customer care, they were not proper respond and there receiver told me that my mobile number has been deleted...

I am using Airtel Prepaid Sim [protected] since 2015.
I have moved in new place in Chennai where I get not even a signal. I have raised complaint for the same many times, but Airtel didn't do anything.
Recently I have new problem facing with Airtel is I don't even get a signal in good network area in Chennai. I have raised complaints many times to them, but no response from there side.

Frequently disconnecting

Till last month every two weeks use to have this issue repeatedly, one month it worked fine, on Wednesday (17-May) got disconnected for 5- 6 times with the span of 30 mins, raised complaint against it.

Wednesday it worked well after that, next day some technician visited, completely screwed up broadband and phone as well, till not ( i.e., Friday) no resolution.

is this the way Airtel suppose to work.

My airtel no. Is [protected]. I recharged with 399 plan on 25th april, 2017. I got this plan from best offers on airtel app, according to this plan i will get free outgoing calls on all the networks across india for 56 days also i will get 1gb data per day for 56 days.

But after recharging when i check my account details on myairtel app, i saw that my data plan will expire on 22nd of may (I. E. Only 28 days not 56 days).br...

Rentals of the tower

Have stopped receiving the rentals from last 12-13 months and no reverts from the contacts we have with us at thekkady. Had experienced the same 2.5 years back too but then when mailed we had received the reverts and was cleared all the dues till date and for next 1 year we were getting it regularly.
Either airtel should come and close this agreement or should pay the rent regularly....
