It was informed me through sms, on 24-04-17 that validity of my service will expire on 27-04-17. Prior to pay i found that my account balance was rs 56.35. Immediately after payment of rs 399, on 24-04-17, my balance was rs. 398.86 and validity up to 22-05-17. I got 28 days balance, and the earlier balance was not carry forwarded. My question is what is the use of prior notification?...

Not receiving messages from airtel for talk time recharges and data recharges

Hi, so i just ported my number from vodafone to airtel because of network issues... And now, i am not receiving messages for recharges. Like if i did a talktime recharge, i haven't received any message from airtel that the recharge has been done. Same goes for data recharges. I have to manually dial *123# to check if the talktime recharge has been done or the data pack has been activated or not. Can anyone help?...

I have ported just reacently and this is how you treat a new costumer please do take action immeidealy, lot of common people are affected due to the network issue it's been 2 days can't you take an immediate action in a developing country like india
