Airtel insufficient balance to make call

I have balance in my account but when i make calls it says insufficient balance. I reached cust care and they said switch off your data as it might cause the issue. I tried and called them again and waa told will be resolved in couple of hours. I gave them 5 hours and called them. Now they say 24 hours. I think they expect their subscribers to wait until they get fixed and not sure when they will fix it....

I am airtel postpaid user for more than 10years

I got a message that after downloading my airtel app, I have to click in the box showing surprise offer to get 30 GB data for 3 months for Postpaid users & stated that immediately i will get a confirmation text message.

But it was not so. When i spoke to the customer care, they were telling it is not applicable for me. They told to send sms to 121 by typing SURPRISE....

Wrong plan activated on my no 9880342745

I tried to recharge my no through IVR selection. I was asked to press 1 for offers & I continued the same. 3 plans were told & it further asked me to press 1 to subscribe, when I did directly 799 plan was activated where as i wanted to subscribe for 899 plan. I had not given chance to select desired plan.

Spoke to customer care they dint resolve further they said to forward a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com you will get a reply...

Fake internet offers

when I called customer care they are saying its not our problem and cut the phone...

I made a recharge of ₹399/- on 25-4-17 to my Airtel no [protected] according to plan unlimited calling and 1gb 4G data per day but they are not providing free daily 1gb 4G data. Whenever I use mobile data they are deducting balance from my main balance till now they have deducted ₹ 12/- Also, customer care executives r not giving any satisfactory answer. After a 5 times argument they have only refunded ₹3. And still free data is not...

Poor network even in town

My house is located in 2km distance from national highway & its also in Bhubaneswar that is the capital of Odisha. But their is no airtel network since last 20days. Even their is Airtel tower in 200mtrs (tower id - ORNH01) distance.

This type of service can not be expected at all in the main town

My last message was received on 21st April 2017. This is causing lot of problem as otps are sent on my number. Moreover my sim stopped working all of sudden last month and I had to get a new SIM.
Even the 4G offered is every bad as the network keeps going off every now and then.

Airtel-399 validity plan

Airtel was cheating everyone in india before jio lunched and now also airtel is cheating by not keeping their promises.

On 15-april-2017, airtel has lunched 399 plan which has validity of 70 days. Today i recharged my airtel for 399 and the validity i got is only 28days??

How can they change the plan without any prior notice to the consumers??

But in the airtel home page still it is showing 56...
