I want to bring to your attention an online fraud that has been done by airtel and its representative. I applied for airtel broadband connection online and received a call from airtel representative to send him my photo and photo id proof via watsapp.

I send him the document and he gave me a CAF number to make online payment of 1000 rs toward new connection. Now that representative is not picking up...

Blank Calls from Airtel

I am getting calls from Airtel number +[protected] & it immediately gets disconnected when I answer the call. When I tried to call back on that number, there is a computerize Interactive voice response which asks to wait as all their agents are busy and after 2-3 mins the call gets disconnected again. I have received 10 calls in last 2 hours. I have blocked the number but this is not a solution to such harassment.

My father has an airtel sim (Mob No:[protected] from Bihar & Jharkhand circle.
Recently when he came to visit me in Bangalore, his sim stopped working.

We took it to the Airtel Customer Centre in BTM, Bangalore and got it replaced on December 17th, 2016. It has been over 3 weeks now and we have complained multiple times but the sim is still not active.

This is pathetic service from airtel....

Billing is different with usage

I have been calling airtel n number of times to deactivate few services.

They havent stopped the services, instead they keep billing for the services which was asked to deactivate several months ago.

They keep adding the amount as they like and call us everytime for payment.

These customer care people cant even speak a basic English and call and bargain...

In beginning of Dec-16. I have installed Airtel BroadBand connection with 40MBps connection speed and 120GB Data plan for month with tariff of Rs.1500 per month.After installation two days after i was getting only speed of 25Mbps. As customer i logged multiple complaints to airtel call center.
None of complaint till dates are resolved and what more frustrating with airtel their backend team close complaint...
