Recharge has been done twice on my same number 9540839009

Hi Team,

Please find that recharge has been done twice in my Airtel number by mistake,
one is done by credit card, other one is by "Airtel thanks" app.

It is requested that you please suggest or reverse amount of one of them.

Need to reverse the recharge.

I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of my no. i was using google pay, Some websites in internet suggested to use WRR service to send text to Send SMS to 51619 with WRR (wrong number) transaction ID) amount (right number). The text services says that
“you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”
The no. I recharged was: [[protected]]

I have recharged my airtel number of Rs 79, by the airtel website, through the upi payment method, the money is debited, but the recharge has not been done yet....

Airtel recharge failed but not refunded

I have done a recharge yesterday (24/11/2021) for 1498 rupees. I got a message that your recharge is failed but to no avail my money deducted from Amazon wallet is not refunded until now.

I have contacted both Amazon and Airtel. Amazon has provided me with a confirmation mail of approval of transaction and Got a message from Airtel that it is failed.

Where's My money?

I have registered complaints...

Recharge pack fraud

Airtel company presented that the prices are going to increase after November 26, so they revealed new recharge pack of 2498 with 365 days validity which will be activated after the completion of present pack validity. So I recharged with 2498, but my present pack was still 22days validity left. International roaming cellular network

I am using airtel international roaming since last 18 months, i am facing network issue from last 4 days not able to make call receive call receive msg as well, I am in Dubai and i am not having any other number than this my contact number is [protected].

Amount deducted without recharge done

I initiated a recharge for rupees 2498, using 10 rupees from my Airtel wallet and the rest from my bank account. The amount got deducted and is showing as a statement in the bank passbook too, but the recharge and transaction details for the same is not on Airtel app. Neither has any text message arrived about either the success or the failure of this very transaction. Sim Blocked 9760499339

My sim [protected] got blocked today(24/11/2021) as I am unable to make
calls or messages without any notification .on my sim i have recharge of 379 for 3 months of which 2 months still left..please try to resolve my issue asap......

Sim not activated for over 40 days.

I ported from BSNL into Airtel on 9 October 2021. The prepaid SIM Airtel provided at the time of porting has still not been activated. I have consequently been without a phone connection for over 40 days. The less said about this derisory state of affairs the better. I am using this forum as a last resort, seeing as Airtel have failed to resolve the matter for a long time, now....

Increment in plan price but network issues are still unresolved

Company is continuously increasing the price of plan like Rs 49 plan is discontinued now Rs 79 plan is increased to Rs99 but there is still so many issues related to network. I'm very disappointed with all this. These are extremely expensive for many of the middle class persons and as they are limited for 22 or 28 days that means we have to recharge the number for every month and if the talktime is not used then it's wasted. Recharge refund 18th Oct 2021

Address:Airtel

I have recharged twice Airtel number for Rs. 219 on 18th Oct 2021 and received an SMS saying that the transaction was unsuccessful and if amount is deducted, it will be refunded within 7-10 days, and an order ID for future reference. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but the mobile number is not recharged.

Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account....

Not getting Incoming calls

Recently I port out my number from Jio to Airtel Kolkata. After activation of my sim and recharge properly, My incoming call service is stopped. When someone trying to call me they are getting network busy all the time, everywhere. They are giving me 10 days resolution while I am already missing official calls. Kindly look into this matter....

Broadband connectivity

Hi,
Airtel Broadband is not working since November 11nth, 2021. It has been 12 days since the internet is down. Daily new engineers are coming in, and no proper response or reply after seeing the issue, even the ticket is open. Attached screenshot

Raised concern with nodal officers, they promised to get back in 48 hours which has not happened yet, attached screenshot

12 days, my work has been severely...

Airtel DTH recharge failed but amount deducted

My airtel DTH I'd [protected] was recharged two times through BHIM upi on 20th Nov 2021 but failed. Amount deducted from my bank a/c but not returned back till now.
Transaction id[protected] for rs 200 and transaction I'd[protected] for rs 100. Please return back my amount....

Airtel PRI not sifted

Address:Nuevotech Industries Private Limited Ecocentre Unit No. 801, EM-4, Sector -V Kolkata – 700 091

We are applied 5th November for shifting our Airtel PRI connection to our new office building from existing.

They register our application and give a reply mail, where they mentioned that they have to done the job within 11th November 2021. and they gave a ref. no for the same which is SR[protected].

Today 22nd November, but neither they reply our mail nor finish the job!!

And they send full month...

Refund for failed transaction of google pay upi to airtel wallet

Hello,
My name is Sankalp Srivastava and my airtel number is [protected]. My plan got ended on 19 nov so I wanted to do a recharge. For that I wanted to add money in my airtel wallet and use that to pay for recharge. The problem is that when i added Money for the first time the transaction failed but money was debited from my account.
