Mr. Javed [protected] sales executive came to me before 4 months & gave me plan 450 min free, 240 mb data free & cug (Group calling free) he gave 2 separate accounts for aurangabad & pune, aurangabad having 9 numbers & pune 4 numbers & all 13 numbers he gave group calling...

Hi i has pay the amount of 600.00 via hdfc netbanking by using your airtel app, after long time it has cancelled and from my bank 600.00 rs has deducted. I need my amount back i had everthing screenshots.

I have ported two mobile no. [protected] from vodaphone mumbai to airtel bangalore and [protected] from airtel mumbai to airtel bangalore more than a week ago. I have been given both the sims from authorised agent at hennur but none of them has been activated even after more than one week time. Kindly check as to why sims are not getting activated....

I hold an airtel sim card of mpcg region since last 3-4 years, my number is [protected]. Relationship no. [protected], bill n0.[protected] using postpaid plan of rs 199 cug.

I did not get a confirmation call, while changing my postpaid plan from rs 199 to rs 249, besides this i also have charged for calling in cug numbers. Wchich was free in previous plan.

I was recently visited by a salesman of airtel in my office. He offered me a plan which was suitable for me. The same day i was going to buy a vodafone sim as i needed a number urgently. So i bought the plan that he offered me on the condition that it would be activated within 48hrs. The salesman promised me that if i buy it at that point of time it will be activated the very next day. Now it has been 5 days and i have received a message...

I had recharged with 265 data pack. It gives 1gb 3g/4g +1gb 4g only data. Even if i have full 4g signal it won't use the dedicated 4g balance. Instead all the 3g data is gone. And i had opted for for no balance reduction if data pack is not there. Also the ussd shows irrelevant balance details. And even if my data is off it data mbs will be cut. And 3g and 4g signals fluctuate heavily. Lots and lots of problem with airtel. And also very costly...

I have bought airtel 4g dongle along with airtel 4g card. To my experience i was unable to run internet on my laptop. Though i checked settings of my laptop which seemed to be ok. I immidiately contacted the service provider atleast thrice in 2 days but instead of resolving my issues they constantly asked me to use the sim card in phone.
