My name is hitesh chaudhary... i have airtel digital tv setup box... i replaced new HD+ setup box ... bt problem is my in setup box in not come all channle in my tv... half channle come half not come... i try to many complaint in customer care .. they says alwys we try to solve problem bt not solve contiunes 2 months... m so sad... my money lose... what i can do.. plz solve my problem.. i hope your r my solve problem... my mobi num- [protected]......

I have two Airtel mobile numbers and both are part of the same CUG plan. Last year i.e. May'2015 I had complained to Airtel customer care that I am not getting benefit of my CUG plan for which they said that both my numbers have a different parent ID and hence I am not receiving benefit of the CUG plan. Sir, I am having issue regarding the Mobile network of Airtel in My Area .I am using Airtel Postpaid connection for calling and Internet Purpose .But for last few Days we are getting very poor network of Airtel in my area . I had recharged rs 225 for my mobile and I got SMS from Airtel that successfully recharged. But data benefit was not added. So I asked them about it. They said we are not send any SMS that indicating successfully recharge. But I had a proof of that SMS. Now more than 40 days still they are not refunding my money. In bank transaction it was successful. Only Airtel frauds having my money and not refunding. How can I approach consumer court...

A offer came on my phone rs225=2gb 3g internet for 28 days and when i recharged i got only 1 gb.so please give me my half internet....

Network problem in Airtel at whole Modinagar.
Three is problem in the network to provide me network in Modinagar.

I am complaing about airtel rs 39 recharge which provide airtel to airtel 15 paip i subscribed it on jul 12 which valid for 28 days after a few days ie. To AIRTEL,

Kindly resolve your network issues so that I get messages from whomsoever. I have to fill exam forms and from 10 days I am not receiving any messages.

Also in customers' support, please have a system of talking to customer care executive to at least know the reasons behind the failure of your renowned network.

I am using airtel iptv along with broadband and landline connection, i was sold a costly iptv setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and i stuck to it as i had paid them a lot for stb & don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly airtel decided to close iptv and forcing me to go for dth which comes with only basic manual paid recording option...

I am using Airtel BB 999 plan with 4Mbps speed. On 5th Aug, 2016, I found that
around 10GB of data has been deducted from my balance. When I checked Airtel data usage details online through airtel.in, I found,
a huge amount of data (9GB) is used during 1 hr on 4th Aug night, which I am not aware .

As per my current connection, I get speed of 4Mbps. Using this maximum possible downloaded data could be 2 GB in...
