Airtel got charged 300 rupees for 2G data for 56 seconds. I am unable to know the reason why 100MB data is consumed in 56 seconds of time in 2G network.
We are unable to get good response on the bill that was charged. I am having 3G Pack which is stating in the bill post 300MB data stops for Rs.100. But they have charged Rs.1400 for the data usage....

Broadband not working from last 1 month

I am Airtel Broadband customer from Aundh Pune area. I have logged in 2 tickets with airtel for frequent disconnection of broadband. I loose connection every 5 -10 mins. However, the issue is not resolved yet. Every time i call, i get same response that cable is damaged but company is not replacing the cable due to municipal permission. Airtel has to fix the issue. I don't have broadband connectivity and not getting service for the bills...
