I activated my airtel special offer internet pack rs.154 - 1gb - 28 days on 22 july 2016 through 121. But activation did not happen and it says your pack is not activated because of low account balance even though i have a balance of rs.225 in my main account. My previous balance of around 100 mb is supposed to carry forward with this 1 gb. But both did not happen and i lost 100 mb because of airtel's fault. I am unable to use the internet...
