The experience with customer care team in recent years going bad to worst. Looks like they are not customer care team, but airtel bill care team only!

I did the payment for bill & still i was getting calls from customer representatives. Finally i did payment second time. Today representative calls me again to pay the bill!!!

My name is shashank. I have ported my number from reliance to airtel. I got a call rate of 40p/min local and std at 25/min. The actual call rate when i call is 45 p /min. I have recharged last time for 60 rs. And it got over in just 3 days.
There were no long calls made like 10 mins or 15 mins. The calls were around minutes. They are unnecessarily cutting talktime for no reason. The pulse count is different from what the actual seconds...

200 rupees Balance deduction

In airtel website, they have that "chokkampudur, sboa school" as their coverage area. i requested for a new connection. got a call from airtel customer care, he asked the zipcode. after a minute he replied there is no feasibility in my area. i can't understand, why they have mentioned like this, if they didn't have feasibility for a new connection.

I mailed about this issue, but no response from them....

My airtel mobile number has not been activated yet.

I purchased a number from changanassery, kerala on[protected]. It has not activated yet. So, we purchased another sim from kakkanad, kerala on[protected]Mobile: [protected]). Both the numbers has not been activated till date.
Whenever enquired from the shopkeepers, they say it will take another 24hrs. When enquired via airtel customer care, they say talk to the shop keeper. It's been almost a week, and still not activated....
