Hi i am himanshu saxena, currently using [protected] airtel number. i am maintaining this number from last 4 years and it is only after porting it pune region i am facing problems of incorrect bills from airtel. they charged me like anything even though the services of airtel in pune is pathetic and most of the time my phone network shows out of reach and not in use.

Urgent : regarding postpaid to prepaid conversion

It has been 8 days since my postpaid plan has been converted to prepaid but Im not able to recharge it for any amount. Its been my worst experience with Airtel.
I am regularly following up with Airtel Express Sec 10 office and not receiving a positive response or even a satisfactory response for that matter.

Hi,

Yesterday, i. e. 6th july 2016, i received a message from airtel at 5:40 pm stating-
"follo celebrities service has been activated @ rs.90 for 30 days. txn id n[protected], 06jul16 05:39. service will be renewed after validity expiry..."

This was done without my knowledge and is very unprofessional for a company like airtel.

Please look into the matter and ensure such things do not happen...

I suddenly get an SMS from Airtel telling me that I have been charged 99 Rupees for some superstore service that I did not even subscribe for.

I immediately deactivated the service via sms and tried calling customer care. Just getting through to customer care is a pain let alone the long wait period. I guess Airtel knows that they are at fault and therefore complicate their IVR menu.
