after 2months followup with airtel customer care i got a very good reply from the airtel executive'there is some technical issue with airtel network n iphone in ur area.which cannot b resolved for time being.u can shift to other network'
if this is the service they provide, then y do they show network in jungle areas. when they can't give network in city itself....

Hi,

Actually on 23rd may i recharged 299 data pack through airtel app.
Amount has been deducted but i havn't got my data pack yet.
I called thrice to airtel customer care, each time they said it would be resolved soon and they gave reference number.
Today 10th june again i called airtel customer care, some senior executive Bipin Kumar said it has been resolved.
But actually it wasn't...even he don't...

No service quality as per purchase of service

It is very rare i recieved 4G service as advertised and promised by Airtel on the 4G wifi hotspot.
I get frequent disconnection, I have to regularly egister my phones on the network in spite of the selection being automatic. and i have 3 registered with Airtel

I have to pay 100% for the period i have to use the service for the hotspot as it is prepaid, after which i need to pay for the next package. If the company cannot...

I am on a visit to a foreign country and have switched off my internet on mobile and have not received or made any call in this duration. I had recharged my Airtel no. on 14 Feb 2016 with Rs 500, but later after few days I saw my balance was just Rs 5.

Sim not activated even after so many follow ups with airtel showroom

My old Sim was not working. It is a Sim issue because I have checked in other mobiles also. So I bought a new Sim for the same number from Airtel showroom. They said that it will be activated within 4 hours. Its been 2 days and still it is not activated. When i called them they said their part is over and they have activated. But still my sim is not activated. Very bad service from Airtel....

I'm sending local sms but its shows to customer care isd and deducted rs 5 for every sms.

No network in the area

There's no network in new gupta colony, delhi. Pin code is 110009. One can't relieve or place any calls. Person has to come on road to make calls which is also not successful as there's no network there too and if by chance there's a slight coverage then the voice breaks abruptly and you can't really communicate. Data is in future i suppose as normal call or text don't go/come through. This is just pathetic....

Later i realized that i got a message saying that 2g recharge was done instead of 3g and so i had to change the settings of network to auto connect as it was wdcma only.
