Airtel has deducted Rs.50 for a subscription model house which I never applied or wanted on 11 July 10.32 PM. Next day I saw message and called customer care. Customer care executive informed that amount will not be refunded as they have nothing to do with this service. They closed the subscription.

Been calling airtel consumer care. Almost Every 20 min since 18th may to 12 th june. Highly disappointed and irritated at their reluctance and disinterest in serving the customer. I have an airtel prepaid mobile number on gujarat region. It showed in their website that for Rs57 i get a benefit of local A2A 1000mins for 28 days. I recharged with Rs 57 and dialed a local airtel number, my main balance got deducted instead of the minutes. So i called the customer care and they told me that the offer is only for night calling, but this is not mentioned in their website so i asked them about the solution they just refunded...

I thought night pack was of 1 GB was of 3G data and all my Day 1 GB data balance got used up in the night of 12 june 2016. My bill is around rs.640 for may2016. I had an issue with this bill. If you see my old record my bill is between rs.110-130. I get 481mb data free for month. But on 11 jun myairtel app tells other story which shows 112mb data is remaining. Airtel charged me rs.445 + rs. 71.20 (16% tax) for using extra mobile data.
I didn't got any sms for data limit exceeding or usage of 100%. I only got 50%

This is to complain about the experience i had with airtel.
This is pathetic. They treat as if they are doing some charity.
They do not have manager working on the floor. The rep says that the manager is busy everytime i ask to transfer the call.
They make wait for minimum of 30 minutes while transfering the call, and finally disconnect the call.

The problem is that, the guy had come, to take the money...
